This post has all the vital information regarding the Legion: From our Rules and Guidelines to the taxing and handling of crafts. Read it, understand it and follow it!
1. Behaviour
-We expect you to behave in a mature manner. If you disagree with someone in the Legion, dont start flaming each other. There's room for differing opinions. If the conversation is delicate and could easily be misunderstood by the rest of the Legion, use PMs or explain to those who ask what is going on.
-You have a sense of humor. This means that you wont be offended by the more vulgar jokes or other mature things people talk about in the Legion chat/Ventrilo. If something offends you, you can tell others about it in a civil manner so that they know about it. No one benefits from people silently being annoyed at others.
-You dont extensively troll these or major Aion forums under our tag. Trolling from time to time is acceptable(I do it myself) but being a fullblown troll that doesnt give anything to any conversation is not. If you wish to engage in such an activity, I suggest you use a different forum name. Ingame we wont tolerate such an activity either as we expect you to behave in a mature manner.
2. Communication
-The guild has a ventrilo server. Use it. This makes it so much easier to communicate, coordinate and lead things. It will also make us so much stronger since we can share information in real time and assist each other better. We do understand that not everyone wants to speak, but even listening will help us a lot. There might also be certain times when being on vent is not possible for you, and if so please let us know.
-When there is PVP or something other important stuff going on, it would be best if people refrained from speaking about totally different things. If we're in the middle of a raid or a Fortress siege, telling us about your cats diet does not really help. It just fills the channel and makes it harder for us to communicate things related to the situation.
-Read the Legion chat and dont be afraid to write in it. Also, if you know there is something important going on and people are busy, understand that no one might be able to answer you if you ask something. So be patient and wait for a reply before spamming the question or leaving.
-The Legion has its own, private forums which we use to plan and organize things. Read these forums, it is the easiest way to get information to everyone in the game. It will take 5 minutes of your time to check the forums once a day. We dont force anyone to write here, but please READ the important stuff atleast.
-The forums are also meant for social interaction, posting is encouraged and anything that makes us closer is more than welcome. However, dont post chit chat in official, serious threads concerning organization or other things.
3. Organization

4. Penalties
-Members behaving badly and not contributing to the Legion are subject to kicking. We dont kick people just for fun but we will do it if you cant play as a member of a team or decide to badmouth everyone else.
-Misbehaving can lead to demoting and or loss of priviledges.
-Failing to use the communication channels(ventrilo, forums) may lead to demoting. You might also be replaced in groups if there's people coming who are on vent or have signed up for the event beforehand on the forums. As such, I urge everyone to use the tools, it isnt hard and it wont take much of your time.
5. Activity
-Everyone has a life and we aknowledge it. This means that we dont expect you to log every day and play all the time. However, we do expect you to play atleast a few times every week when ever possible.
-If you know you will go afk for a long period of time due to work, vacation or other reasons please let us know. Otherwise you might be removed for inactivity.
-If you havent logged for atleast two(2) weeks and havent notified the officiers about being afk for extended time, you will be subject to kicking. We dont want to bloat our roster with people that dont show up anymore.
6. Crafting
-We have designated Legion crafters for all professions with the exception of cooking and alchemy, since it's impossible for a single person to craft enough consumables for everyone.
-The Legion crafters are:
Julia - Armorsmithing
Onds - Handicrafting
Ashemmi - Weaponsmithing and Tailoring
-If you need something crafted, all you have to do is provide the basic materials and vendor materials, the Legion provides the fluxes.
